FAQ or Frequently Asked Question is a section on your online store where you provide answers to customer's common questions.
We suggest that you treat Frequently Asked Questions as an ongoing process, updating them regularly. Also, remember that the purpose of answering the question is to get them to click through to your product to buy it, so make sure your answers are useful, helpful, and enticing.
You can add multiple questions under your FAQ section with your Hike online store.
To add a question, please go to Online Store >> FAQ and click on ADD FAQ and proceed.
On the next page, you will be able to select the title of the question/point, Display order and content.
Once you add all the details, simply SAVE the page and your FAQ is ready on the website. It is that simple!
