WooCommerce Integration - Settings Explained

WooCommerce (Woo):

Integration Frequency:  At end of transaction
Customer:  Hike only requires first name & last name,
Woo requires email only,
ensure first name & last name & email are in Hike and WooCommerce, otherwise will not sync any customer details.
Note Hike and WooCommerce will only update name and email address, not postal or other address details. 
Item (Product/Inventory):  Product details* are updated when synced.
*(barcodes are not captured in WooCommerce)
*(must choose in Settings if Hike product price will be Woo Retail price or Sale price)
Inventory levels are updated when synced. 
Invoice (Sales): 

Full sales in Hike automatically sync with Woo at the time of transaction, for each transaction.
Full sales in Woo manually sync with Hike at the time of the transaction, for each transaction.
Partial sales in Hike do not sync to Woo.
Partial sales in Woo are not available.

On Account sales in Hike would list in Woo as completed, like any other sale.

Void Sale does not sync.
If you void a sale in Hike, do not report back to WooCommerce. Need to manually go into WooCommerce and change the report for any past sales. 

Supplier:  Not available
Purchase (Purchase Order):  Not available
General rule to delete item:  Delete from Hike, then delete from WooCommerce.

Users must set all fields to correctly activate an account, including register, Invoice Payment & Sale Price – we strongly recommend verifying your settings with your accountant.
