POS (Point of sale) page

Your Hike POS dashboard is the command center for all in-person sales. Below is a breakdown of every feature to help you process transactions faster and serve customers better.

Let's check:


On top, you will see the Outlet name and Register name you are currently working on.

The option to create a Gift card and a Custom sale is also available on the section.

Next, you can check the POS Layout you have selected, if any, and the Product types on this page.

The navigation button on the POS page is designed to navigate between main categories and sub-categories, so you can navigate through folders so that you can easily go back on POS page.

This feature will make it easier for cashier to select products from categories and sub-categories without starting it from the scratch. which speedup the checkout process for both your staff and customers.
Once you click on any categories or sub-categories it will show the back navigation button to get back to the previous folder of the categories.





This option will be really helpful when customers want to buy different products from the same categories and subcategories.
