Hike allows you to set up the integration with WooCommerce. Regarding how to set it up, please refer to
How to Integrate WooCommerce with Hike. In this article, we will answer some of the questions frequently asked about syncing products with WooCommerce.
Will adding, editing, and deleting products sync between WooCommerce and Hike?
Adding products
- Simple products: Yes, the sync will occur both ways.
- Products with variants: Yes, the sync will occur both ways.
- Composite products: No. Because the corresponding composite product feature in WooCommerce (Grouped Product) is designed differently from the composite products feature in Hike, composite products cannot sync between Hike and WooCommerce.
Editing products
Yes, most of the product information edited will sync. Some product information fields (attributes) cannot be synced. Please refer to the "What product attributes will sync?" section below for further information on this.
Deleting products
Deleting products in Hike or WooCommerce will NOT sync or trigger any deletion process on the other platform. If you would like to delete a product from both Hike and WooCommerce, you need to perform the deletion in Hike and WooCommerce separately.
How can I only sync some of the products?
Hike → WooCommerce: Yes, you can keep the box “Ecommerce” unchecked for a particular product, as shown in the image below, if you don’t want a particular product to sync to WooCommerce.
The product editing page in Hike. Visiting path: Products > Products
WooCommerce → Hike: No, there is no option to sync only some products from WooCommerce to Hike, the sync process will sync all the existing products in WooCommerce over to Hike. A workaround could be manually deleting the product in Hike after the product sync process has occurred, as the action of deleting products in Hike will NOT affect the products in WooCommerce.
We recommend managing all of your products in your Hike store. If you would like only some of the products to sync to WooCommerce, uncheck the “Ecommerce” option in the Hike product editing page as mentioned above. If you would like some products to not be available for sale within your Hike store, you can set the product status to inactive, as shown in the image below.
How can I sync my product's shipping details to WooCommerce?
If you are syncing your products from Hike to WooCommerce the first requirement is to enable 'ecommerce' option for all products in Hike.
Then, the answer to your question is, you need to enable the below highlighted option on integration settings page to sync the product shipping details from Hike to WooCommerce, , please refer to the screenshot below shows the details that will sync to WooCommerce and option on integration settings page:

Why did only some of my products sync?
Hike → WooCommerce: There could be different reasons why.
Reason 1: If you haven’t checked the box “Ecommerce” on the product editing page, as shown in the image below, then the product won’t sync to WooCommerce. Hike will only sync the products with “Ecommerce” option checked to WooCommerce.

Reason 2: If you haven’t checked the box “Send new products in Hike to WooCommerce” in the sync setting page, as shown in the image below, then any new products won’t sync to WooCommerce.

Why aren’t the stock levels of a product matching in Hike and WooCommerce?
Reason 1: It might happen when you have ticked the option "Send full WooCommerce order to Hike and save in Hike's sales history".
Reason 2: If you update the stock levels in WooCommerce through any plugins, Hike may not get notified, which can lead to differences in stock levels.
We recommend managing your product stock levels only in your Hike store. You could either perform a stock take by following
the instructions here or import the product with the correct stock levels by following
the instructions here.
However, if any inconsistencies have happened to your Hike store's Product Inventory levels, the recommended solution would be to perform a stocktake in your Hike store. Please refer to
Creating & Completing Inventory Counts in Hike.
What does connector mean in product history?
Connector refers to the third party platform which your Hike store is integrated with such as E-Commerce and accounting platforms. If there is any update for a product synced to Hike from WooCommerce (or any other integration), it will show as connector in Product History.
Will Purchase orders sync from Hike to WooCommerce?
Hike Purchase orders will not sync to WooCommerce but any updates on product inventories after the Purchase Order is received in your Hike Store will sync to WooCommerce to ensure that your stock levels in WooCommerce are correct.
