Hike enables you to integrate with QuickBooks Online Plus* to manage inventory, customers, suppliers, and purchase orders.

*Note: Intuit QuickBooks offers a range of online services, but only QuickBooks Online Plus allows integration with Hike. When Hike mentions QuickBooks or QuickBooks Online, we are always referring to QuickBooks Online Plus.

INTEGRATIONS - ERROR LOG

This section will be relevant if you ever wish to investigate any issues with your data syncing between Hike and QuickBooks. This may be required if there was a sync error, that you now wish to correct.

Having already activated your QuickBooks Online Plus account, you will find the ERROR LOG option to the right on the integration page.

Click on the ERROR LOG button to check the sync errors.

Having clicked on ERROR LOG, you would now be seeing the below screen.

This page provides the details of any errors that occurred while syncing with QuickBooks.

• Complete the date range of what time frame you wish to view the logs.

The table goes on to provide the following information

• Entity

  It shows the section of the error

• #

  It shows the reference number of the error

• Name in Hike

  It will show the name of the data in Hike

• Name in QuickBooks

  It will show the name of the data in QuickBooks

• Sync status

  It will show the sync status whether it's successful or otherwise

• Reason

  It will show the reason for the error
