If you have enabled the delivery address feature in your store, apart from managing it on the POS screen, you are provided with an option to manage it on the customer page. For more details on how to activate the feature and how to add a delivery address into a sale, please refer to
How to Set A Delivery Address for A Sale. The instructions below are to explain how to manage delivery addresses on the customer page.
How to add a delivery address
The delivery address can be added on the customer profile page. Please go to Customers > Customers, and locate the customer for whom you want to add a delivery address. Click on the customer, and a window will slide out to show the customer profile.
Click on the EDIT button, and you will get the delivery address link in the new window opened.
Please note, your page may look slightly different from the screenshot above, depending on whether you have added custom fields for customers in your store.
Click on Delivery address, you will get all the delivery addresses recorded under this customer's name listed on the page. And you can add a new one from there. If no delivery address has been added for the customer yet, you will be directed to the page to add the first one straight away.
How to edit a delivery address
Similar to adding a delivery address, you will need to locate the customer, edit it, and click on the delivery address link on the customer editing page.
Click on the EDIT button, and you will be directed to the page to edit the address details.
How to delete a delivery address
Similar to editing a delivery address, you will need to locate the customer, edit it, click on the delivery address link on the customer editing page and then the EDIT button of the address.
At the bottom of the page, you will get the link to delete the Customer.
