Hike allows you to set up the integration with WooCommerce. Regarding how to set it up, please refer to
How to Integrate WooCommerce with Hike. In this article, we will answer some of the questions frequently asked about the integration with WooCommerce.
Pre-requisite: You are required to keep consistent tax rules between Hike and WooCommerce. First, you need to have tax rates set correctly in Hike and WooCommerce so that they match, as shown in the images below.

1. WooCommerce doesn’t support the Hike customer groups feature.
2. Manual changes to the inventory in WooCommerce or those performed by 3rd-party plugins in WooCommerce will not sync to Hike, while any inventory changes in Hike will sync to WooCommerce.
3. Loyalty points do not sync between Hike and WooCommerce. However, you can reward customers with loyalty points in Hike when they place orders in WooCommerce.
4. Due to API limitations, gift cards do not sync between Hike and WooCommerce.
5. Due to API limitations, discount offers do not sync between Hike and WooCommerce.
Does the integration support the 3rd-party plugins in WooCommerce?
No. Due to API limitations, the Hike and WooCommerce integration will only sync native information generated in Hike and WooCommerce. Any additional features, data, or information made available through a 3rd-party plugin in WooCommerce will not be synced to or from Hike. In other words, when you add a plugin in WooCommerce, it may provide additional functionality to your WooCommerce store; however, the additional features and data fields available in your WooCommerce store will NOT sync from WooCommerce to Hike.
Does the integration support managing multiple Hike outlets with multiple WooCommerce stores?
The Hike Integration supports integrating multiple Hike outlets with multiple WooCommerce stores. It is possible via Hike's Multi-store subscription plan. You can integrate each of your WooCommerce stores with a non-integrated outlet in Hike. Navigate to Store Setup> Integrations and click on “Integrate another outlet” under the WooCommerce Integration, as shown in the image below. The procedure for subsequent Hike WooCommerce integrations is exactly the same as your first integration setup between Hike and WooCommerce.
What is the process to start a Manual sync/Force sync between Hike and WooCommerce?
The Manual sync feature in Hike is useful if you ever wish to manually force the data between Hike and WooCommerce to sync. This may be required if there was a sync error that you corrected and required to sync again. Please check the Hike Help Article below on how to perform a Manual sync.
Why should I get a separate Hike register for WooCommerce sales sync?
As mentioned in the initial setup of the Hike WooCommerce Integration, we recommend setting up a separate Hike Register for the outlet you want to link to WooCommerce. This is because any sales received in WooCommerce that are synced to Hike after you close your register for the day will automatically re-open the linked Hike register if it is closed. Setting up a separate register helps to ensure all your reporting is clear.
Why do I get the error “Credential is not verified”?
The reason that you are getting this error is most likely that the WooCommerce API is refusing the access request from Hike. This could be caused by 3rd-party plugins or by WordPress themes. Please troubleshoot this error in WooCommerce by disabling plugins, switching to the default WordPress theme, or contacting your WooCommerce developer.
