Why isn't the Hike customer data syncing to WooCommerce?
The most common sync error is that WooCommerce has a requirement that every customer data entry has an email address assigned to it. Please make sure you have filled in the email field of the customer in your Hike Store, as customers without an email address will not sync to WooCommerce otherwise.
Is it possible to earn Loyalty points for customers on sales processed on WooCommerce?
Yes, if a WooCommerce sale syncs to Hike, Hike can allocate the loyalty points for this sale to the customer within your Hike Store. You need to select the following option on the Loyalty point page in your Hike store, as shown in the image below.
