How do I quickly find the liked product from Hike in Shopify?

Q. Manual stock adjustment done for the product will get synced to Hike?
Q. Sales order synced from Hike to Shopify, will have Hike’s sales reference number?
A. Hike sale synced to Shopify won’t have Hike’s sale reference number, Shopify will assign its own reference, based on the order sequence rule set by Shopify. But the order history will have the record that the order is being synced from Hike. Also Hike does provides option where you can setup order reference number as per your requirement by navigating to store setup>>outlet and cash register page.
A. Products can be mapped via SKU. Enter the same SKU for the product in Shopify and Hike.
Q. If multiple Hike outlets are being merged with one Shopify location, then in that case when for the first time, products get synced to Hike, does the stock quantity also gets synced?
A. Yes at the time of initial sync the products from Shopify will get synced with available stock in Shopify, but after that no stock count will get synced from Shopify to Hike and this has been mentioned in sync setting as well.
Q. How can we check category sync?
A. We do not sync category individually so category sync cannot be tracked, how if any category is assigned to a product then it will get sync along with the product.
Q. Image and product description update gets synced between Hike and Shopify?
A. Yes product image and description update has been provided in the sync setting page.
Q. Custom field available in the product in Hike is mapped with Shopify?
A. Custom field available in Hike’s product page is not mapped with Shopify, so any information entered in that field won’t get synced to Shopify.
Q. Does Hike provides option to choose to not sync product that are not visible in Shopify?
A. Currently Hike does not provides this option, as any product i.e. visible or not, from Shopify will get synced to Hike as per the sync setting saved. However there is a work around where for the products that are not visible in Shopify, remove SKU, and in Hike’s sync setting page choose option to not sync Non-SKU products.
