How to Manage Shopify - Manual Sync
If you want to know how to manually sync data between Shopify and Hike, you’re in the right place.
Shopify Integration - Manual Sync
This section will be relevant if you ever wish to manually force your data between Hike and Shopify to sync. This may be required if there was a sync error that you later corrected and need to re-sync to get the correct data.
Having already activated your Shopify account, you can click the Manage button to the right.
A new window will appear on the screen with the Shopify Integration settings, please scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Manual Sync button as shown in the screenshot below.
Another window will appear with the Shopify Manual Sync options as shown in the screenshot below.
Please ensure to the notes on the Manual Sync page before proceeding to manually sync any data.
Click on the MANAGE button to reveal the drop-down list. Choose Manual Sync from the list to proceed. Also, note that you can only sync Sales data from Shopify to Hike starting from the period that your Hike Store Subscription began. You can not import Sales data for a time period before you had your Hike Store Subscription.
Tick the box of the data you wish to manually sync, choosing from:
- Products
- Customers
- Sales
Click the SYNC NOW button to proceed.
