What to Do If My Account Is Locked
If you try to enter incorrect credentials for a few times within a short period of time while logging into Hike, your user account will be locked and you will see the following
message.
When it happens, you can simply bypass the lockout by resetting the password. You must have your email under which the user account is registered with you. To reset the password, click
on the “forgot” link as highlighted below.
Then it will ask for the email of your user.
Enter the email and click on
“send email”. A reset link will be sent to your email. Please reset the password from there.
Note: If it shows “Invalid email address” after clicking on "send email", it means that no user in your store is registered with that email. Please check with your store owner. If you are the owner, please contact our chat support team for help.
