Tips: Check Where Awaiting Stock Comes from

It may take a few hours to find the particular purchase order or stock transfer when you receive the delivery, if you have too many of them open. Hike provides you with an option to find the associated purchase order or transfer with just a few clicks. You can check that on the My inventory page under Awaiting section. Please navigate to Inventory >> My Inventory first.

Please choose the outlet in the dropdown list on top right. You should pick the one where you just got the delivery. Then, you will see the number highlighted under Awaiting in the screenshot above. When you click on it, a new window will slide out with the open purchase orders and transfers and the remained quantity to be received.

You will be directed to the page of the purchase order or transfer after clicking on the reference number.
