Purchase order Template

Purchase order Template

You can now create a template for Purchase order similar to the Receipt template. You can add a Header and Footer to the purchase order and modify the different aspects of the Purchase order template as per your requirements. This will work just like receipt templates. This is particularly useful for clients who want to add declarations and signatures to the Purchase order for legal requirements.

This option is added on the Receipt template page now. Please navigate to Store Set-up >> Receipt template >> Add Receipt Template.

On the next page, you will find the option to select the Template for Purchase order in the Receipt type list.

Once you select the Purchase order in this list, you will get the options to set-up your own purchase order template.
Let's explore all the details provided in the template.

Template name: The name you wish to assign for this template.
Trading name: This will be your Hike store name.

There are four more options on the list where you can chose whether you wish to show below details on the PO template or not.

Here, you can add your Header text for the PO. This could be general information about your store and relevant data about the Purchase orders.

On the next section of the template, you can customize the names of the different sections used in the Purchase order as per your choice. The new name you update in the box will appear on the Purchase template.

Footer text:
