INTEGRATIONS - SYNC PROCESS LOG

This section will be relevant if you require a short summary listing of your data syncing between Hike and WooCommerce. This may be required to be aware of what activity is taking place.

Having already activated your WooCommerce account, you will find the Sync process log link next to it.

SYNC PROCESS LOG

You would then be seeing the below screen.

This page provides a report of all sync activity with WooCommerce. You can tick/untick the option "Show errors only" and change the date range to filter the results.

The table goes on to provide the following information.

• Sync starts date.

  When the sync process started.

• Sync Trigger

  Auto/Manual suggests how the sync was triggered.

• Sync type
  

  The type of data synced, e.g., Customers.

• Status
  

  Running, success, partially failed, failed, or no changes. It suggests how the sync went or is going. 

• Direction
  

  What is the direction of the data flow, Hike -> WooCommerce or WooCommerce -> Hike. 
  

• Records
  

  The number of data records included in the sync session.
  

• Outcome
  

  The result of the sync. 
  

• Details
  

  The detailed log of each record in the sync session.
