If you want to know how to manage WooCommerce in Hike, you’re in the right place.

INTEGRATIONS - MANUAL SYNC

This section will be relevant if you ever wish to manually sync your data between Hike and WooCommerce. This may be required if there was a sync error, that you corrected, and you need to sync again.

Having already activated your WooCommerce account, you will find the MANAGE button to the right.

Click on the MANAGE button to open the page of integration settings. Click on Manual Sync at the bottom of the page.

You would now be seeing the below screen.

Tick the box of the data you wish to manually sync, choosing from:

• Products

• Customers

• Sales

Complete the date range of what time frame you wish to sync the data. Be aware you can only sync data in Hike back to the period that Hike began. You cannot import Sales Data for a time period before you had a Hike. Also, we don't recommend syncing the transactions processed before you set up the integration, because it might deduct the inventory again after the transactions sync.

Click the SYNC NOW button to proceed.
