Hike enables you to integrate with Unleashed to manage inventory, sales, customers, suppliers and purchase orders.

INTEGRATIONS - ERROR LOG

This section will be relevant if you ever wish to investigate any issues with your data syncing between Hike and Unleashed. This may be required if there was a sync error, that you now wish to correct.

Having already activated your Unleashed integration, you will find the Error log link.

ERROR LOG

Having clicked on Error log link, you would now be seeing the below screen. You can filter the logs with the date range.

The type of data.

1. #
   

The reference of the log entry.

1. Name in Hike
   

The identifier of the data in Hike. For example, if it's a customer, the identifier is the email.

1. Name in Unleashed
   

The identifier of the data in Unleashed. For example, if it's a product, the identifier is the product code.

1. Sync status
   

It would all be failed in the error log.

1. Reason
   

The sync error.
