How to Manage MYOB AccountRight and Essentials- Error Log

Hike enables you to integrate with  MYOB AccountRight  or Essentials to manage inventory, customers, suppliers and purchase orders.

INTEGRATIONS - ERROR LOG

This section will be relevant if you ever wish to investigate any issues with your data syncing between Hike and  MYOB AccountRight or Essentials . This may be required if there was a sync error, that you now wish to correct.

Having already activated your MYOB AccountRight or Essential account, you will find the Error log  link.

Having clicked on the link, you would now be seeing the below screen.



This page provides a report of the sync errors with MYOB AccountRight or Essentials. Complete the date range of what time frame you wish to view the logs. 

The table goes on to provide the following information

  • Entity

    The type of entry, ie invoice, Purchase Order

  • #

    The reference number of the transaction

  • Name in Hike

    Email of Hike connection

  • Name in Connector

    Email of QuickBooks connection

  • Sync Status

    Success or otherwise of the sync

  • Reason

    Short description of the action, or the error message
