Hike offers built-in integration with Amazon. Connect your Hike store with Amazon to seamlessly integrate your in-store Hike POS and your Amazon eCommerce store.

Integrating the two will give you complete management control of your products, including stock and pricing. The sync of sales and customers is not feasible at the moment due to API limitations.

Please note, the Amazon integration is available for the Hike Plus subscription plan, if you are using the Hike Essential plan, you may need to upgrade your plan.  Please contact us if you require further assistance with selecting the correct subscription plan.

Before setting up the integration, you will need to retrieve the following required information from your Amazon account in order for Hike to gain access. 

1. log in to your Amazon account 
   
2. Navigate to Settings-->User permissions 
   
3. Click on "Visit manage your Apps"
   
4. Click on "Authorise new developer"
   
5. Enter the following developer details:
   
   • Developer's Name: HikePOS
     
   • Developer ID: 222517565276 (for AU)
     
   • Developer ID: 725344566914 (for US, CA, MX)
6. Click on "Next"
   
7. Read the Amazon Marketplace web service agreement and check the agreement box if agree.
   
8. Click on "Next"
   
9. You will get your Seller ID, Marketplace ID and MWS Auth Token which is required to connect Hike & Amazon.
   

Connect Hike & Amazon

1. In Hike, open the Menu tab, and click on Integrated Apps.
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. From there you will find a list of applications to which Hike connects to. Integrate your Amazon account, by clicking on Activate to the right of the Amazon icon.
   
   
   
3. A new screen will appear entitled Connect to Amazon. Here you will enter your Seller ID; MWS Authtoken and Market place ID.
   
   
4. Once entered, click on "Connect" it should direct you to the outlet selection page, select the outlet that you would like to sync with, and click on "Save"
   
   
   

Managing Amazon products 

You can select which Hike product to be listed in Amazon that have been registered in the Amazon's catalogue. 

1. In the integration page, click on "Amazon product"
   
   
   
2. You will see below page where you can add list products
   
   
3. Click on "+Add Listing" it will direct you to below page where you can find the products from Hike.
   
    
   
4. Enter the product detail in the search bar and select the products that you would like to map with Amazon
   
   
   
5. Once selected, they will show in the list and you can select the products that are ready to "Map product with Amazon"
   
   
   
6. Click on "Map product with Amazon", it will direct you to below page and you can enter the product name from Amazon into the search bar and click on "Search" it will show the relevant product listed in Amazon
   
   
   
   
7. Select the product from Amazon that you would like to map with by click on "Select" button, it will direct you to below page where you can select the Hike variant for the product
   
   
   
   
8. You can enter the price you would like to list on Amazon by enter price into filed "Price to list on Amazon"
   
9. Select the "time to take you to product the item before you can ship it"
   
10. Select the Inventory management preference
    
      
    
11. Once all done, don't forget to click on "Save" at the bottom of the page :) 
    

Please note: it will take some time for the product to be synced, so you will see "pending" after you click on save, when it is synced it will show like below.
