Hike supports the integration with Linkly on PC, Mac, iPad and Android tablets. Hike and Linkly powered payment terminals can be configured easily. As of July 2023, the payment types powered by Linkly Cloud are NAB (National Australia Bank), Zeller and Suncorp. (Please contact the Hike Sales team for more information and support).

NAB (National Australia Bank) have a dedicated team to support merchants on Cloud. Existing NAB customer can call the Merchant Help Desk on 1300 369 852 or visit the NAB website. Important notes
  1. The integrated payment type powered by Linkly is supported only in Australia.
  2. Linkly provides different payment solutions and Hike integrates with the Linkly Cloud solution specifically. Please double check with your bank that the terminal is configured for the Linkly Cloud solution that Hike supports.
  3. Some banks may choose to stop onboarding new Linkly Cloud customers for now. Please contact our sales team.
Below are the instructions for Hike users on PC and Mac. If you would like to use it with your iPad or Android tablet, you will need to complete the setup on PC or Mac, and navigate to Settings -> General settings, to perform data sync on the iPad or the Android tablet.
