Hike has made available access to a range of third-party providers.
As many of these third parties are the best at what they do, it makes sense to work together.
You will find, through the instructions, there is a series of steps to connect Hike to these products, so they can work together, sharing data.
Wherever there is any special rule to be aware of, that affects all programs, we will make note of it here. Otherwise, if it is specific to any one program, we will discuss under that particular program.
THIRD PARTY PROGRAM RESTRICTIONS:
Hike and Online Stores
Currently, you can connect Hike to Shopify, BigCommerce, and WooCommerce at the same time without issue.
Note that if you have products in WooCommerce, they will sync to Hike, and then sync to Shopify or BigCommerce, so all platforms will share all products.
Hike and Accounting Programs
Currently, you can not connect Hike to more than one accounting program.
Hike can connect with Xero or QuickBooks Online Plus, but if you connect to both at the same time, there may be a conflict with account settings and sync rules, which will provide an unreliable transfer of data.
If you do connect both programs at the same time, Hike can not take responsibility for the level of service.
