FAQ: Default permission available for each Hike users: Admin, Manager and cashier.
Hike has three predefined roles: Super Admin/Owner, Admin, Manager, and Cashier.
In this article, we will explain what user permissions are available for each predefined Hike roles.
1. Super Admin/Owner: This is the user who created Hike store. This user will have all permission within the Hike store.
2. Admin:
The admin user will have all the permission except below 1 permission.
'View inventory of other outlets'
3. Manager: The manager will have all permission except below mentioned permissions.
1. View inventory of other outlets
2. Manager will not have access to any Reporting within Hike.
3. The manager cannot purge/delete store data.
4. Cashier :
Cashier user will have very limited permission as a user.
In below screenshots, you can see that the Cashier user has very few permission available.
You can always add or remove from these permission as per your requirement.
