Export Customers by Outlet
Overview
Hike allows you to export customer records for a specific outlet or across all outlets. This makes it easier for multi-outlet businesses to work with customer data without manually filtering exported files.
Using the Outlet filter during export, you can generate a customer list that contains only the customers associated with the selected outlet.
Why use this feature?
Exporting customers by outlet helps you:
- Create targeted marketing campaigns for a specific store.
- Contact customers about outlet-specific promotions or events.
- Reduce the need to manually filter exported customer data.

How to export customers by outlet
- Log in to your Hike Admin console.
- Navigate to Customers.
- Click Export.
From the Outlet drop-down, select one of the following:
- All Outlets – Exports customers from every outlet.
- Specific Outlet – Exports only customers associated with the selected outlet.
- Click Export.
- The customer export file will be generated and downloaded.
Understanding the export
When exporting customers:
- Selecting All Outlets includes customer records from every outlet.
- Selecting a specific outlet exports only the customers associated with that outlet.
- Where applicable, the exported file includes the outlet association for each customer.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I export customers for only one outlet?
Yes. Select the required outlet from the Outlet drop-down before exporting to generate a customer list for that outlet only.
Can I still export customers from all outlets?
Yes. Choose All Outlets to export your complete customer list.
Why would I use outlet-specific exports?
