Yes, you can set it up in WooCommerce sync settings. Please navigate to Store setup >>> Integrations and click on the manage button in the WooCommerce row.

In the window slide out, tick the option "Do not send sales from Woo to Hike when there is no ($0) payment transaction applied.", and click on the "SAVE" button in the top right corner.

The settings will be saved and the unpaid orders will not sync from WooCommerce to Hike.
