Bills/Coins placement using mPOP

You can store up to a maximum of 4 types of bills and 8 types of coins. Up to about 30 bills of each type can be stored in each partition. Use the 2 dividers available for the front and back coin trays to divide the coin tray to what is suitable for your usage.

Use the utility space beneath the coin tray to store bills that do not fit the size and such.

Caution

  • This product is not equipped with security functions like a safe.
  • When using this product to deal with cash, take full responsibility for its management. Hikepos or Star Micronics will not be held responsible for any damages incurred in regard to money when using this product.

Place Bills/Coins

1. Open the cash drawer

2. Place bills/coins

Note

  • Smooth out any bends and folds the bill may have before storing. It may prevent the cash drawer from opening with the next sale.
  • Make sure that the coins in the coin tray do not go above the upper edges of the coin tray, this may also prevent the cash drawer from opening.

Move the Divider

1. Open the cash drawer

2. Remove the coin tray

  • Place your hands on both the right and left of the coin tray when removing it.
  • Holding the divider to remove may cause the divider to come off, and cause the coin tray to be dropped.

3. Remove the divider

  • Push the hook that is in front of the divider with something that is tapered and lifts, and while widening the coin tray towards the back, remove the divider.
  • Remove the divider towards the back before removing the divider towards the front.

4. Install the divider

  • Push in the divider along the groove in the coin tray.
  • Firmly attach the hooks on the front and back of the divider to the coin tray holes.
  • When the divider is set at the central spot, it will divide into 4 spaces, and when it is set to the right and left spots, it will divide into 6 spaces.

Remove the drawer tray

1. Open the cash drawer

  • Open the cash drawer by using the application that you use.
  • Refer to When Cash Drawer does not open when opening the drawer without using an application.
  • Open the drawer tray to the maximum.

2. Remove drawer tray

  • Lift up the front side of the drawer tray and then the back side to remove.
  • Do the opposite to place the drawer tray in the original position.
