For API authentication, we use the oAuth process. You will need to register your integration on our developer portal in order to retrieve the app ID and Secret. You can register your app and get the oAuth details here:  https://developer.hikeup.com/

In terms of API support, we have documentation available at the link we have provided above. While we do not have an active API support team, we can certainly help you if you get stuck and need advice on specific things like Hike API endpoints. However, the API access is based on the assumption that the developers working on it are well-versed in the oAuth authentication process and the use of RESTful APIs.
