How It Works

Once activated, this workflow automatically generates and emails a monthly sales report at the end of each month. No manual effort is required — the report is built directly from your store's sales data.

 

Setting Up the Email

Before activating, you can customise the email that will be sent with the report.

 

Email Subject

The default subject line is pre-filled as:

Your Monthly Sales Report

You can edit this to match your preferred format.

 

Email Body

The default message body is:

Hello, please find attached your monthly sales report. Best regards, Hike Team

 

You can customise the body text using the built-in rich text editor, which supports: bold, italic, underline, bullet and numbered lists, blockquotes, images, tables, and HTML source editing.

 

Activating the Workflow

1. Open AI Workflows from the main menu.

2. Select Monthly Sales Report Automation.

3. Edit the Subject and Email Body if needed.

4. Click Activate.

Once activated, the workflow will automatically send the monthly sales report email at the end of each month.

• The report is generated automatically using your store's sales data — no manual input is required.

• You can return to this workflow at any time to update the email subject or body before the next report is sent.
